Ordering can be done in three ways. It's your choice.

1. Order on-line with your credit card on our secure shopping site.

2. If you choose not to make payment online with your credit card and prefer to pay by check, add your items to the shopping cart first. When done shopping, begin the checkout process. At that point, please complete and print the checkout order form. Mail this, along with your check to:

Delivery Time
Items in stock will be shipped ASAP, usually within 2-4 days. If an item is not available, you will be contacted prior to the shipment of your order.

Shipping
Orders are shipped USPS or UPS ground. All shipping & handling charges are for delivery within the U.S. Contact us for overseas shipping and handling charges.

Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of the shipment date if the unused item is in exactly the same condition in which it was received. Please contact us immediately if your shipment is received and has been damaged in shipping or, if it is in unsatisfactory condition.

No Returns or Exchanges on Special Orders.

Items returned without an original sales receipt may be exchanged only. If a refund is requested, an original sales receipt must accompany your return. Credits will be made to the original credit card.

All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. It is recommended that items being returned be insured. We will not be responsible for items damaged in shipping when being returned for exchange or refund.
